Hello there, my name is Naomi, I am the Owner/Director of Guardian Smoke Alarms.

I started Guardian Smoke Alarms back in July 2016. I was a teacher at the time, teaching Industrial Technology and Design (manual arts). I worked part time for a while getting the business started.

Towards the end of 2020 business was going well so I left teaching to work for myself fulltime and I have never looked back.

It excites me to know that I am playing a significate part in protecting families, ergo our motto “Keeping Families Safe”.

I LOVE what I do, and I love the people I meet along the way. Most have stories to share, which I welcome, I am a sucker for a chat. Building relationships is such an important part of serving the community, everyone is important.

Everyone that gets to know me soon sees how extremely passionate about protecting our families in our community.

In my spare time I enjoy doing renovations on my home and going 4-wheel driving with my family and friends.

Hello! My name is Cara, and I am the Assistant Administrator and Accounts Management for Guardian Smoke Alarms Rockhampton. You will find me doing anything from, taking calls from our wonderful clients, providing and arranging quotations on your property for upgrade and legislation, updating your information for annual reminders to service your property and/or rentals, subscription follow up information and all bookings, down to back of house account management.

My time out of the office, is spent with my family and my friends. Going to the beach and gardening.

My time with Guardian Smoke Alarms has been nothing short of amazing since becoming part of the team in 2020. As the years go on I enjoy my roll more, every single day. Nothing compares to a small business, having firsthand conversations and providing a service to the community and surrounding suburbs, keeping them safe and protected. The places I have been able to visit and the clients I have met along the way I am always so grateful for.

Hello, name is Fritzel but just call me Tatz and I’ve worked with Guardian Smoke Alarms since 2021. I joined the team because I wanted to work with a company that I felt I could grow with and that really cares about people.

At Guardian Smoke Alarms my duties require me to be extremely organised, efficient and results focused. I pride myself on being highly regarded by my workmates for my integrity and my passion in all I do and for having a great sense of humour, we are always keen for a laugh.

Having worked in Real Estate previously I am well versed in all aspects of smoke alarm legislation and I ensure that I keep up to date with all current changes.

I am a reserved person however I am always keen to speak my mind and share my ideas for the betterment of the company and this is enthusiastically received and encouraged.
